Tyler wirh Clavy Plumbing showed up before noon instead of between 1:00-4:00. That right there took $90 off the Service Call/Trip Charge. He determined that the problem was on the county's side of the water line. He told me to call Lancaster County Water & Sewer since it was their problem to fix. I called and they came in about an hour. Unclogged the line so I can use water again in my house. Also said they would be back again in about two weeks to fix a crack in the line that they discovered. Thanks, Tyler, for pointing me in the right direction.
